York House Centre is a charitable community arts and youth centre in Stony Stratford, MK11 1JQ. It offers flexible, contemporary room hire for a wide range of events including birthday parties, family celebrations, weddings, performances, community gatherings, and professional workshops. Three hireable spaces — from a 100-capacity Main Hall to a smaller first-floor room — all include shared kitchen access, tables and chairs, and on-site parking. Outdoor areas include a landscaped lawn, decking stage, and Astroturf pitch.

- Main Hall — Price on application
A spacious 12.5m × 9m hall configurable for standing receptions (up to 100), theatre-style (90) or cabaret-style (80) layouts. Includes exclusive use of the bar and servery area, and event curtains with a staging system to create a full performance venue. Fully accessible, with free Wi-Fi, tables and chairs, window coverings, and access to the rear grounds.

- Beechey Room — Price on application
An 8.4m × 5m fully accessible room suitable for standing events (50), theatre-style (50), cabaret (30), boardroom (20) or U-shaped (16) layouts. Equipped with a built-in projector and speakers. Includes shared kitchen access, free Wi-Fi, tables and chairs, and window coverings.

- Room 2.3 — Price on application
An 8m × 5m first-floor room accessed by one flight of stairs; may not be suitable for people with limited mobility. Accommodates up to 30 standing, 30 theatre-style, 24 cabaret, 22 boardroom, or 18 U-shaped. Includes a wall-mounted whiteboard, portable AV projector, shared kitchen access, tables and chairs, and car park access.
