Snakes and Ladders Dunstable is an indoor soft play and activity centre located in Houghton Regis. The centre features a three-tiered play frame, a dedicated under-5s zone with sensory area, a ten-zone Role Play Village, a Space Escape Experience, and Laser Tag. Birthday parties are available in five themed rooms and as a Laser Tag Party package, alongside exclusive full-venue hire, SEN/D parties, and timed play sessions running seven days a week.

A nautical-themed party room complete with portholes showing fish and turtles. Children enjoy 75 minutes on the soft play frame followed by 45 minutes in the party room with hot food and an ice lolly per child. Bluetooth speakers are included so you can play your own party playlist. Minimum and recommended capacity 15 children.

A fire station-themed party room featuring firefighting equipment, an alarm bell, and a garaged fire engine. Children enjoy 75 minutes on the soft play frame followed by 45 minutes in the party room with hot food and an ice lolly per child. Bluetooth speakers are included for your party playlist. An action-packed birthday party for children aged 6–12. The 2-hour package includes 45 minutes of free soft play, a 30-minute Space Party Feast in the themed party room with Bluetooth speakers and a team photo, and 30 minutes of exclusive laser tag action. Maximum 14 children at the Dunstable centre; minimum 10 children required.
- Child Party Exclusive Hire — Peak — £650
Exclusive use of the entire Snakes and Ladders Dunstable centre, available at weekends and during school holidays. The 2-hour hire includes access for up to 50 children and 50 adults, with full use of all play equipment and facilities. Sessions run 9:00–11:00am or 16:30–18:30 subject to availability. Additional children cost £13.25 each; additional adults cost £5.00 each.

The 2-hour hire includes access for up to 50 children and 50 adults, with full use of all play equipment and facilities. Sessions run 9:00–11:00am or 16:30–18:30 subject to availability. Additional children cost £10.50 each; additional adults cost £4.00 each.
Off-Peak (Mon–Fri): £475 for 2 hours, includes up to 50 children and 50 adults. Additional children £10.50, additional adults £4.00.
