Woolly Woods is a two-woman, mother-daughter team that hires out handmade wedding decorations across Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire and beyond. They style items such as table-top and full-height trees, chair wreaths, foliage sprays, candle lanterns and matching stationery, and they set up and manage everything on the day. For every tree a customer hires, the business plants a real tree with the JUST ONE Tree reforestation initiative.

- Bespoke Wedding Styling Package — Price on quote A flexible, customisable and scalable styling package built to each couple's requirements after an enquiry; the team emails a bespoke quote. A minimum spend of £500 usually applies, though smaller budgets can be discussed.

- Do you offer a dry hire service?
- No. The service and setup are part of the offering, so the team handles delivery, styling and collection rather than leaving customers to manage logistics and setup themselves.
- Where are you based, and will you travel to my venue?
- The team is based where Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire meet. They travel further afield in the UK, though an additional travel or accommodation fee may apply depending on distance.
- How many weddings do you take on, and how far ahead should I book?
- The team takes no more than two weddings a week and rarely on consecutive days, so they recommend booking as early as possible to secure a date.
- Is there a minimum spend?
- Yes, the minimum spend is £500, though the team will try to accommodate a smaller budget where possible.
- Can the decorations be used outdoors?
- The trees and wreaths are not weatherproof, so they can only be used indoors or outdoors under cover, such as in a marquee or tipi, after discussing the plan with the team.
- Can I hire the decorations for an event other than a wedding?
- Yes, the team puts together bespoke packages for other events as well as weddings.
- My ceremony and reception are at different venues. Can decorations move between them?
- The hire period covers the whole day, and the team can move items between two locations, though a relocation fee based on distance may apply.
- Can decorations be set up the day before my wedding?
- If the venue allows supplier access the day before, the team will try to arrange setup then, though this must be agreed in advance and is not guaranteed.
