- Tastings happen in January and February of your wedding year, booked first come first served. Each tasting lasts about 45 minutes. You choose four dishes, served in full portion sizes, plus a complimentary canapé selection. Extra dishes cost more.

- Couples are encouraged to attend alone for the best experience. Up to two extra guests can join for an additional charge.
