Aspect Events supplies lighting, sound, stage and crew for events. The company is based in Buckingham. It works across London, the South East, and the rest of the UK. Aspect Events offers three service levels. Dry hire delivers tested equipment to the venue. Crewed hire adds a technical team to rig, run and pack down the show. Full production covers the design, the equipment, the crew, and the paperwork, from the brief to the load out. The company supplies lighting, audio, stage, and special effects equipment for weddings, corporate events, private parties, and theatre productions. Two directors, Bradley King and Scott Wiggins, run the company and work on every job. They also draw on a network of freelance crew and suppliers for larger shows.

- Crewed Hire — Price on quote Aspect Events delivers the kit and brings a crew for the day. The crew rigs the equipment, sound-checks it, and stays on call or on site for the run, then packs down and loads out.
- Full Production — Price on quote Aspect Events designs, plans and delivers the full show. This covers site visits, technical design, a kit list, a rigging plan, risk paperwork, a briefed crew, load-in, show-run, pack-down and a tidy handover.

- How does the booking process work?
- You send a brief with the date, venue, headcount and idea. Aspect Events replies the same day and sends a full quote within 24 hours.
- What is the difference between dry hire, crewed hire and full production?
- Dry hire is equipment delivered to your venue for you to run. Crewed hire adds an Aspect Events team to rig, run and pack down the show. Full production covers design, equipment, crew and paperwork, end to end.
- What areas do you cover?
- Aspect Events is based in Buckingham and works across London, the South East, and the rest of the UK.
- Is the equipment safety tested?
- All equipment is PAT tested. Crew hold IPAF (MEWP), grandMA3 and Working at Height with PFPS certification.
- What if the equipment I need is not in your own inventory?
- If an item is not on their own shelves, their supplier network can source it, delivered and rigged to the same standard.
