The session runs for up to 1.5 hours at the Bedford studio or outdoors, weather permitting. It includes 5 digital images, wardrobe access, a pre-session consultation, and delivery through a secure online gallery within three weeks.

- Family Session — £200 A one-hour family photo session that captures natural moments at the client's home, garden, or a favourite outdoor location. It is suitable for young families and for families with older children. The session includes 5 digital images, a pre-session consultation, and a welcome guide, with delivery through a secure online gallery within three weeks.
- Party Package — £150 Event photography for birthday celebrations, wedding anniversaries, baby showers, and christenings. A pre-event consultation ensures all key moments are covered, including group shots, candids, and party time. The package includes all digital images in a secure online gallery. Travel costs apply beyond 10 miles of Bedford.
- Full Wedding Day — £1200 Full wedding day coverage from preparation through to the first dance, for up to 10 hours. The package includes two pre-wedding Zoom consultations, a complimentary pre-wedding session, and 800+ digitally edited images. It also includes a private online gallery with printing rights, sneak peeks, 20 selected 6x4 prints, and a USB with the full gallery.

- When is the best time to book a maternity session?
- The best time is when you are between 32 and 36 weeks pregnant. At this stage, the bump is full and you still have enough energy for a session.
- What does the standard session booking fee include?
- Each standard session includes 5 digital images of your choice, a pre-session consultation, a welcome guide, and delivery through a secure online gallery. You also receive 10% off your next newborn, family, or maternity session.
- How long does it take to receive my images?
- Images are ready within three weeks after the session. Baiba delivers them through a secure online gallery.
- Can I buy more images after my session?
- Yes. After your session, three upgrade packages are available through the gallery. The Seedling Package costs £100 for 10 digital images and 10 prints. The Bloom Package costs £150 for 20 images and 20 prints. The Posy Package costs £200 for all images, 25 prints, and a slideshow.
- Is a deposit required to book a session?
- Yes. A £25 deposit is required at the time of booking for most sessions. Wedding packages require a 25% deposit, with full payment due 28 days before the event.
- Are there travel costs beyond Bedford?
- Travel beyond 10 miles of Bedford adds an extra cost for most sessions. For wedding packages, additional costs also apply for locations more than one hour from Bedford.
