Questions and answers
- When should I book a newborn session?
- Book during pregnancy, ideally a few months before your due date. Once your baby arrives, contact Beata within the first 48 hours to arrange the exact date. Sessions are best within the first two weeks of life.
- How long will it take to receive my photographs?
- Beata aims to have your photographs ready within 2–3 weeks of your session. She will then invite you back to the studio for an in-person viewing appointment where you choose your images and package.
- Do you provide RAW or unedited files?
- No. Only finished, professionally retouched images are delivered. Unedited JPEGs are not provided either.
- What deposit is required to book?
- A £40 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. It is deducted from the remaining balance of the Mini Package, due on the day of your session.
- Do you provide props, outfits and accessories for the session?
- Yes. The studio has a collection of props, outfits, wraps, bonnets, hats, and headbands. A limited selection of dresses for women is also available for maternity sessions. You are welcome to bring your own items too.
- Is a cake provided for the cake smash session?
- Yes. A simple 1-shade or semi-naked 4" round cake is included. Special requirements for shape, size, decoration, or ingredients can be arranged with the baker, but any difference in price is passed to the customer. All food allergies must be stated at the time of booking.
- Can parents and siblings join the session?
- Yes. Family and sibling photographs are included with all newborn packages at no extra cost. The Mini package allows up to 2 hours; the Standard and Exclusive allow up to 3 hours. The family studio accommodates up to 4–5 people; larger groups can be photographed outdoors.
- Where is the studio and is parking available?
- The studio is at MKTwo Business Centre, Unit L28, 1-9 Barton Road, Bletchley, Milton Keynes, MK2 3HU. Free parking is available on site. On weekends and after 5pm the reception is closed; call Beata on 07850593550 on arrival and she will let you in.
