Questions and answers
- Do you shoot destination weddings?
- Most work covers around 40 miles (one hour's drive) from Milton Keynes, but destination weddings abroad can be arranged — contact for more information.
- Will there be a second photographer?
- Robert usually shoots alone unless the number of guests requires additional coverage. A second photographer can be added for £350 and is included as standard in the Prestige package. Please enquire if this is something you might be interested in.
- Can I extend the photography coverage on the day?
- Full day packages cover the majority of the day through to after the first dance. For half-day weddings, additional hours are charged at £100 per hour. Let Robert know in advance if you need an early start or a later finish.
- How do I book?
- Contact via the website to start the conversation. A 20% deposit confirms the booking; the balance is due 2–3 weeks before the wedding day.
- How long does it take to receive my edited images?
- A preview of a few photos is sent within a few days of the wedding. Full delivery follows in date order; at peak times this can take up to 6 weeks.
- Do I have to order prints through you?
- No. All wedding packages include a framed print as standard. You receive all high-resolution images with a full licence to share online and have them printed anywhere you choose.
- Can you provide both photos and video?
- Yes, though it is generally recommended to have a separate videographer to accompany the photography for the best results.
- What happens if live streaming fails on the day?
- Live streaming depends on a good data or internet connection. If connectivity prevents a live stream, the event is recorded in high definition as a backup. Robert can edit and upload the recording the same day so guests still see all the action, just a little later.
- Do we get a copy of the live stream?
- The live stream recording is kept for 30 days and a copy can be provided for £25. A separately recorded high-definition version with balanced audio and music — edited in post-production — is available for an additional £175.
