- How long does a photoshoot session last?
- Most sessions last approximately 1 hour. Newborn sessions last up to 2 hours. A discovery call takes place before all shoots to discuss your requirements.
- Can I bring props or pets to my session?
- Yes. The studio loves incorporating personal elements into shoots. Share your ideas during the discovery call and the team will plan accordingly.
- What should we wear to our photoshoot?
- The studio recommends solid colours and advises avoiding busy patterns or logos. Styling advice tailored to your specific shoot type is provided by the team.
- Do you offer outdoor or location shoots?
- No — all sessions are currently studio-based only. The studio operates three state-of-the-art studios.
- What is the Fine Art Consultation?
- After your photoshoot, you return to the studio for an in-person Fine Art Consultation. The team presents your images and discusses your vision, preferred style, sizing, and budget to help you choose bespoke wall art. No virtual consultations are offered.
- Is the Fine Art Consultation free?
- The initial consultation is complimentary. Any additional design services beyond what is included in your package are disclosed upfront before any charge is made.
- Can I purchase digital copies of my images?
- Yes. High-resolution digital copies are available as part of certain packages. Full details are in the studio's price guide.
- How can I pay?
- The studio accepts UK debit and credit cards and American Express. Finance options of up to 36 months are also available, subject to a soft credit check and photo ID.
- Is there parking at the studio?
- Yes — free parking is available at all Zen Shots studios.
- What happens if I arrive late?
- Call the studio immediately on 01908 766266. Appointments that run more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled to maintain the quality of your session.
- Can I return or exchange my artwork after purchase?
- All sales are final at the time of your Fine Art Consultation. Products are custom-made and covered by copyright, so returns are not possible.
- How is artwork delivered?
- Smaller items are delivered for £15 postage. Premium and large-format artwork must be collected from the studio due to its size and weight.
