Bucks Marquees Ltd is a family-run marquee hire company based in Milton Keynes, supplying high-quality frame marquees and party tents for events across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, and Hertfordshire. The fleet ranges from compact 3×3m party tents to large 9×33m marquees accommodating up to 200 guests. Every structure is weather-resistant and can be fitted with flooring, interior lighting, heating, and luxury furniture. Optional extras include parquet dance floors, festoon lights, chandeliers, rustic light beams, and a full range of chairs and tables.

- How do I book?
- Contact Bucks Marquees via the website form, email, or phone. Confirm the date and the type of marquee you need. A deposit of one-third of the total booking price is required to secure the reservation.
- How far in advance should I book?
- It is recommended to book at least 6–12 months in advance for peak seasons. Off-peak bookings can be made with shorter notice.
- Is the deposit refundable?
- No — the deposit is non-refundable.
- What is the cancellation policy?
- Cancellations more than 28 days before the event incur a 33% charge; up to 14 days before, 70%; less than 14 days before, 100%. Clients may postpone to an off-peak month (September–April) within 12 months at no extra cost, subject to availability.
- Are marquees weather-resistant?
- Yes — modern marquees are designed to withstand a variety of weather conditions, including wind and rain.
- How long does installation take, and when will you arrive?
- Smaller marquees may take a few hours; larger structures can require one to two days. Setup usually happens one full day before the event, and removal takes place within three days of hire completion. Bucks Marquees will liaise with you to arrange a suitable time.
- Do you offer furniture hire?
- Yes. Bucks Marquees can provide or source suitable furniture including folding chairs, Chiavari chairs, trestle tables, and round tables. Let them know what you need when enquiring.
- Do I need insurance?
- Yes — clients must provide proof of third-party public liability insurance at least 7 days before delivery.
