Ten Forward Events is a family-run mobile and event bar hire company based in Woburn Sands, Bedfordshire, travelling across the UK to serve weddings, private parties, corporate functions, festivals, and markets. They bring the bar to you, choosing from vintage horse box bars, modular rustic pallet bars, and static indoor bars — with or without bar staff. Service models include fully stocked cash bars (guests pay at the bar), bespoke pre-paid drinks packages (limited or unlimited, per head), glass hire, hot drinks packages, and dry hire where the client supplies their own drinks. With nearly twenty years in the industry and over a thousand weddings served, they offer flexible, transparent, and fully tailored event bar solutions.

- What types of bars do you offer?
- We offer vintage horse box bars for outdoor events, modular rustic pallet bars for indoor or outdoor use, and static modular bars for indoor venues. We can also stock and serve from an existing venue bar.
- What service models are available?
- You can choose a cash bar (guests pay at the bar), a pre-paid bespoke drinks package (limited or unlimited, per head, for part or all of your event), dry hire (you supply your own drinks), glass hire, hot drinks packages, or a combination of these.
- Do you travel to events outside Bedfordshire?
- Yes — we travel all over the UK to provide mobile event bar services for weddings, parties, corporate functions, festivals, and more.
- How do I get a quote?
- Book a call via the contact form on our website, including details such as guest numbers, date, and any special requests. We normally respond within 48 hours, Monday to Friday.
- Can I book bar staff separately from the bar structure?
- Yes — bar staff can be booked independently of dry hire and cash bar services.
- How much experience do you have?
- We have been working in the events industry for nearly twenty years, having provided bar services for more than one thousand weddings.
