OutdoorFlix hires out ultra-bright, high-resolution LED cinema screens with support structures, audio systems, outdoor lighting, and full event support for outdoor cinema events across the UK and Europe. Hire cost is based on duration, screen size, and sound system required; OutdoorFlix can manage as much or as little of the event as the client needs.

- How is the hire cost calculated?
- Screen hire cost is based on duration of hire, size of screen, and sound system required, plus any extra items you may require.
- What is the payment schedule?
- A 50% deposit is required upon booking and the balance payment is due 7 days prior to the start of the event.
- What does film licensing cost?
- Film licensing costs around £150 if the showing is free or heavily subsidised, or 40% of the ticket sales profit if you are charging for entry.
- What is the standard screen size and how much space is needed?
- The standard screen is 5.5m x 3m and the floor space required is 10m x 10m.
- Can you show screenings during the day?
- Yes. The ultra-bright LED screen operates in extremely high ambient light conditions, so screenings are not limited to darkness and multiple screenings in one day are possible.
- Is insurance included?
- Yes. Full public liability and equipment insurance is included.
- What happens if the event is cancelled due to weather?
- The screen is all-weather rated, with some wind limitations noted. In the event of a cancellation, OutdoorFlix will arrange a suitable rescheduled date.
- What video format is required for the film content?
- Custom content should be supplied in standard wide-screen format video files.
