BONKERZzz Bouncy Castles is a family-run bouncy castle and soft play hire company based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, operating 7 days a week all year round for both indoor and outdoor events. They offer an extensive range of themed bouncy castles, 3D slide castles, obstacle courses, soft play sets, and specialist items such as didicar race tracks, catering for all ages from toddlers to adults. All bouncy castles are tested annually to PIPA or RPII standards, electrical equipment is PAT tested regularly, and Public Liability Insurance certificates are available on request. Free delivery is provided within a 10-mile radius of Aylesbury; further areas including Thame, Tring, Bicester, Buckingham, and Leighton Buzzard are covered with a small additional delivery charge.

- What is your cancellation policy?
- A minimum of 1 week's notice is required. If less than 1 week's notice is given, 50% of the booking fee is due. If less than 48 hours' notice is given, the full booking fee is required. Cancel by calling 07487553078 or emailing [email protected].
- Are your bouncy castles and equipment safety tested?
- Yes. All bouncy castles are tested annually to PIPA or RPII standards. All electrical equipment is PAT tested on a regular basis. Certificates and Public Liability Insurance are available on request.
- Do you operate year-round?
- Yes, 7 days a week, all year round. During the winter months (November to March), only indoor bookings are accepted.
- What areas do you cover, and are there delivery charges?
- Free delivery is provided within a 10-mile radius of Aylesbury. Further areas including Thame, Tring, Chesham, Berkhamsted, Bicester, Buckingham, and Leighton Buzzard are also covered with a small additional delivery charge.
- What surfaces can you set up on?
- Equipment can be set up indoors on hard surfaces, or outdoors on artificial grass or flat grass. Setup on concrete, slabs, or decking is not possible.
