Sundorne Bouncy Castles is a family-run inflatable hire business based on the St Neots and Bedford border, serving Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, and Buckinghamshire. They offer one of the largest inflatable ranges in the area, covering bouncy castles, assault courses, disco castles, inflatable slides, soft play, ball pools, rodeo bulls, bungee runs, gladiator jousting, sumo suits, giant garden games, and concession machines. All equipment is tested annually to BS EN 14960 standards by PIPA-accredited inspectors, PAT tested, and covered by £5 million public liability insurance. Hire is suitable for children's birthday parties, school events, village fetes, and corporate fun days, with delivery, setup, and VAT included in all prices.

- When should I book?
- Book as early as possible, especially during school holidays, summer, and bank holidays, to secure your preferred items.
- Can I make a last-minute booking?
- Online booking is available until a few days before your event. Contact Sundorne directly for requests closer to the date.
- Do your inflatables work indoors?
- Many castles, slides, and soft play items can be used indoors if the venue has adequate floor space and ceiling height. Check each product page for required setup dimensions.
- What power supply do I need?
- A standard 13amp mains socket within 25 metres of the blower is required. Setups with multiple blowers may need additional outlets. Large diesel generators are suitable for Rodeo Bulls and Surf Simulators; small petrol generators are not suitable but can be supplied for an additional fee.
- What happens if the weather is bad?
- Operations stop if wind speeds exceed 24mph. If Sundorne cancels due to weather, customers receive a full refund or a credit towards a future booking under their Weather Guarantee.
- Are your inflatables safe and insured?
- Yes. All inflatables are tested annually to BS EN 14960 standards by PIPA-accredited inspectors, PAT tested for electrical safety, and covered by £5 million public liability insurance. Risk assessments, PIPA test certificates, and PAT documents are available online.
- Do you provide staff supervision?
- Most inflatables require on-site adult supervision provided by the hirer. Rodeo Bulls and Surf Simulators include trained Sundorne staff.
- What is included in the hire price?
- Delivery, setup, safety equipment, and VAT are all included. Extras such as overnight hire or generator supply incur additional charges.
