Allsortz Bouncers is a family-run bouncy castle and soft play hire company based in Flitwick, Bedfordshire, serving Bedford, Luton, Milton Keynes, Dunstable, Leighton Buzzard, Sandy, Biggleswade, and surrounding areas since 2008. The company offers a wide selection of themed inflatables — including 3D bouncy castles, bounce-and-slide castles, disco domes, twin-slide play parks, and soft play sets — as well as party extras such as giant games, obstacle courses, and ride-on cars. All equipment is manufactured to BS EN14960 standards, tested annually to PIPA or RPII safety standards, PAT-tested, and cleaned before every hire. Free delivery, setup, and collection is included within 15 miles of Flitwick; the company carries £5 million public liability insurance.

- How do I make a booking?
- Call 01525 633 331 or 07934 900 068, or email [email protected]. Texts to the mobile number are not monitored, so please do not text. Book early to guarantee your preferred equipment; last-minute bookings are accepted if availability allows.
- Is a deposit required?
- A £25 non-refundable booking fee is required for all orders of £100 or more, payable by bank transfer within 24 hours of booking. Cheques are not accepted.
- How long does a garden hire last?
- Garden hires are a minimum of six hours. Deliveries take place between 7:30 am and 11:00 am; collections begin from 5:00 pm. From September, earlier collections may apply due to daylight and weather changes. Venue and hall hire times are arranged around the client's schedule.
- Can I arrange an overnight hire?
- Overnight hire is available at an additional cost of £30. The customer is responsible for the security of the equipment and any damage costs incurred overnight.
- What surface is needed for outdoor set-up?
- A reasonably flat, natural grass surface is required, free from sharp objects, stones, dog mess, and mud. Hard standing and artificial grass are not permitted unless pegging through the surface is allowed. Customers are asked to measure their space and provide a garden photo before booking is confirmed.
- What power supply is required?
- An electricity point within 25 metres of the set-up location is needed. The operating cost is approximately £2.00–£3.00 for around eight hours of use.
- What is your bad-weather cancellation policy?
- Cancellation is triggered if wind gusts are forecast above 24 mph. If the customer cancels before 8:00 am on the day of hire, no charge is made. The company may also cancel for safety reasons, and rebooking is possible if conditions improve later in the day. Light rain is manageable with sewn-in shower covers; heavy rain use is not recommended.
- What is not permitted on the inflatables?
- Adults on children's units, pets, face paints, silly string, party poppers, confetti, glitter, paints, sand, water, and chewing gum are all prohibited. A responsible adult must supervise at all times, and no acrobatics are allowed.
- Are the inflatables safe and insured?
- All units are manufactured to BS EN14960 standards and tested annually to PIPA or RPII safety standards. Electrical items are regularly PAT-tested. The company holds £5 million public liability insurance. Safety certificates are available on request.
