Simply Soft Play MK hires premium soft play sets and bouncy castles for children's parties and family events across Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas. All equipment is BIHA-member grade, PIPA-tested, and sanitised before every hire. Free delivery and full setup are included within 20 miles of Newport Pagnell MK16, with a 50p-per-mile surcharge beyond that radius. Standard hire runs for three hours (excluding setup and takedown), with extra time available at £25 per hour.

- How do I make a booking?
- Contact Simply Soft Play MK to check availability for your date, then complete the online booking form. No booking is confirmed or valid until the appropriate deposit has been paid in full. Call or text Julie on 07871 070906 for assistance.
- How long is the standard hire period?
- Equipment hire includes up to three hours of use, not including setup and takedown time. Additional time is available at £25.00 per hour.
- Where do you deliver, and are there travel charges?
- Free delivery is included within a 20-mile radius of Newport Pagnell, MK16. Beyond that area, a 50p-per-mile surcharge applies.
- How much deposit do I need to pay, and when is the balance due?
- Deposits are: £40 for bookings up to £150; £50 for £150–£300; £100 for £300–£500; £200 for bookings of £1,000 or more. Full payment is due one week before the hire date, by bank transfer, PayPal, or card.
- Are you insured and is the equipment safety-tested?
- Yes. Simply Soft Play MK is covered by Public Liability Insurance. All equipment is PIPA-tested and the company is a BIHA member.
- Are there rules for using the soft play equipment?
- Use should be limited to children under 6 (or supervised older children). Shoes must be removed, and food, drinks, and face paint must be kept away from the equipment. No smoking or vaping near the equipment. Outdoor use is permitted from May to September only.
- What space do I need to provide for the equipment?
- You need to provide adequate space for the soft play or bouncy castle, plus parking and access for the delivery vehicle.
