- What types of event can I hire Gumbles for?
- Gumbles caters to school fun days, community celebrations, corporate family days, private parties, fetes, festivals, and charity events — nothing is too big or too small to be considered.
- What hire options are available?
- There are four models: Flat Fee Hire (you pay a fixed all-in fee, rides are free for visitors); Pay Per Ride (visitors pay per ride, Gumbles pays you a fixed attendance fee); Revenue Share (you receive 5–20% of profits depending on event size); and Token System (visitors buy tokens for rides, with bulk discounts such as 25 tokens for £20).
- What is included in a hire booking?
- Every hire includes transportation, setup, safety checks, staffing, and pack-down. Gumbles handles the full operation so the event organiser can relax on the day.
- Is Gumbles fully insured?
- Yes. Gumbles is fully insured and professionally operated. Risk assessments and insurance documentation are available on request, and site visits can be arranged before the event.
- What age range are the attractions suitable for?
- Attractions cater to children from toddlers through to young teens (broadly ages 1–13), with a variety of rides and inflatables to suit different age groups.
- What happens if it rains on the day?
- Events go ahead in light rain. Inflatables may have to close temporarily if conditions become unsafe, but rides will continue. Updates are posted on the Gumbles Facebook page where possible.
- Are the rides safety-checked?
- Yes. All rides are regularly inspected before each session, and qualified first-aid staff are present at every event.
- Is there a minimum group size for private hire?
