Kingies Castles is a family-run bouncy castle and inflatable hire company based in Croydon, serving South London, Surrey, and Kent since 2001. They supply bouncy castles (themed, adult, and toddler), slide combos, soft play and ball pits, sumo suits, bungee runs, rodeo bulls, mascot hire, face painting, garden games, hot tub hire, generator hire, and Christmas inflatables including Santa's grotto. - How do I book?
- You can book online via the website (check availability on each product listing and complete the booking form), or by calling 07984 852 674. Bookings can also be made by text, email, or Facebook message. Office hours are 7am–11pm, 7 days a week.
- Is delivery and setup included in the price?
- Delivery is free within Croydon and surrounding areas, and setup is included in the hire price.
- Do you require a deposit?
- No deposit is taken on any bookings; full payment is due on the day of hire.
- What areas do you cover?
- Kingies Castles serves Croydon and surrounding areas including Purley, Coulsdon, Kenley, Sutton, Wallington, Warlingham, Thornton Heath, Norbury, Selsdon, South Croydon, South Norwood, West Norwood, Upper Norwood, as well as parts of Kent and Surrey.
- Can bouncy castles be set up indoors?
- Yes. Indoor hire is available year-round for halls and sports halls. Outdoor hire runs from March through November, weather permitting. Kingies Castles has supplied castles to a wide range of local halls and can advise on whether your chosen product fits your venue.
- What power supply is required?
- All equipment requires a 240v supply. If your venue does not have accessible power, generator hire is available at an additional charge.
- Are you insured and safety-certified?
- Yes. Kingies Castles holds £5 million public liability insurance. All inflatables are PIPA-tested, and the company is RPII-approved (membership number OA0436). All equipment is cleaned and safety-checked before and after each booking.
- How far in advance should I book?
- Book as far in advance as possible if you want a specific castle — reservations are accepted up to 12 months ahead. Last-minute requests are also accommodated where availability allows.
- Can I book overnight hire?
- Yes, overnight hire is available. Collection takes place the following morning on all overnight bookings.
- How long is the standard hire period?
- The standard hire period is 7 hours, giving plenty of time to enjoy the equipment at your event.
