- Yes — travel outside London is available with an additional charge of 40p per mile.
- Can I extend my hire beyond 3 hours?
- Yes, additional hours beyond the standard 3-hour hire cost £50 per hour.
- Is the chocolate reused?
- Never. Remaining chocolate is not reused and can be provided to you in a supplied container upon request.
- Can the fountain be used outdoors?
- Yes, with a £50 wind guard per fountain to protect against weather.
- What qualifications do your attendants hold?
- All attendants hold a minimum Level 2 Certificate in Food Safety & Hygiene.
- What insurance and safety cover do you carry?
- £5M public liability insurance; all equipment is PAT tested and annually serviced. A risk assessment and food hygiene rating are available on request.
