Questions and answers
- What areas do you perform in?
- Most performances are in London, Surrey, Kent and the Home Counties, but Pip travels nationally and internationally for special events — including France, Canada, the USA — and has even performed on cruise ships.
- How long do your performances last?
- For close-up mix-and-mingle magic, allow roughly one minute per guest (around two hours for 100 guests). Cabaret and stage shows are available in 20-, 30-, or 45-minute formats, plus a full 2-hour 'Pip & Paul' show with interval. Corporate entertainment is typically bespoke — contact Pip to discuss timings.
- What do you charge?
- Fees depend on the venue, event type, performance style (mix-and-mingle vs. full stage show), and audience size. Fill in the enquiry form or call 020 8651 2127 for a no-obligation ballpark quote.
- What guarantee do I have that you'll do a good job?
- Pip offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee — if you're not delighted, you owe nothing. He is a Magic Circle member, a multi-award-winning magician (including two national competition wins in 2015 and 2016), and has over 30 years' full-time professional experience.
- What do we need to supply?
- Very little. For a cabaret or stage show, Pip brings his own scenery and sound equipment suitable for up to 200 people — you just need a power socket near the stage. For mix-and-mingle he brings everything required.
- What happens if something goes wrong during the event?
- Pip has handled virtually every type of situation in over 30 years of performing and can keep guests entertained at a moment's notice. He is also fully covered by £10 million Public Liability Insurance.
