Our very unique company, Club Mob, was founded in 2014 and is the UK’s first and only company dedicated to surprise entertainment. Our small team of handpicked performers bring our client’s ideas to life - and have plenty of amazing ideas of our own. We’ve put on hundreds of successful flash mobs and surprise performances over the last 6 years - and since the company is run by the performers themselves, rather than an agency, it keeps creativity and value at the heart of everything we do.

Singing waiter companies are a dime-a-dozen out there - so when Club Mob branched out into singing in 2016, we knew we wanted to do something DIFFERENT. We started experimenting by getting to know all about our clients and the occasion - adding names, and changing a lyric here and there to personalise our performances! The response was incredible, and so our writing talents grew - and now, we are the only company in the UK who totally personalise our performances to be all about the people being surprised, and guests at the event.

Talk to us about your event and who you’re surprising - each surprise we put together is totally unique to each occasion. We’ll put together a plan, have a consultation with you to learn all about your other half/party guests/colleagues - and then we go away and write the set

Questions and answers
- Where are you based and do you travel?
- Our singers are London based, but we travel everywhere — throughout the UK and abroad. Distant bookings may require additional budget for flights and accommodation.
- How much notice do you need?
- Earlier is always better, but last-minute requests can sometimes be accommodated. Summer Saturdays book up to 18 months in advance due to wedding season demand.
- How does the personalisation element work?
- Full experiences involve a consultation call of around one hour, taking place approximately six weeks before the event. Simpler 'Parody Waiter' experiences require a short form with guest names and fun facts.
- How long is the performance?
- Durations vary by event type — weddings and corporate events run 15–20 minutes; proposals and brand activations are typically under 10 minutes.
- Can I have just one singer?
- No — our minimum team is two singers, which is essential for the chemistry, harmonies, and complexity of the performance.
- How much do you charge?
- Proposals start at £900; weddings range from £1,400–£2,000; corporate events start at around £1,900 for three singers.
- Do you take a deposit?
- Yes — we take a 25% deposit to secure the date, with the remaining balance due 14 days after the performance.
- What equipment do you bring?
- For events with 25 or more guests, we arrive early with full sound equipment for set-up and soundcheck. We also bring waiter outfits and a guitar.
- Do you offer DJ or other extras?
- We don't offer DJ services, but we can arrange videography, photography, acoustic sets, dance lessons, and LED violin or saxophone accompaniment.
