- Do you create bespoke cakes for all occasions?
- Yes, we specialise in bespoke cakes for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, corporate events, christenings and other special celebrations.
- How far in advance should I order?
- We recommend ordering as early as possible, especially for weddings and large events. You can order up to 12 months in advance for family birthdays, and advance booking discounts are available.
- What flavours do you offer?
- Available flavours include vanilla, chocolate, red velvet, lemon drizzle, Black Forest, pineapple and pink velvet, with custom combinations available on request.
- Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
- We can accommodate certain dietary requirements and discuss available options during the consultation process.
- Do you offer collection?
- No — we are a delivery-only business; there is no customer collection. We provide collection points to your nearest postcode and offer nationwide delivery, with professional setup for larger and wedding cakes.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- All payments are via bank transfer or PayPal. Card payments via PayPal carry an additional charge of 10% added to your order total.
- Can I change my order after placing it?
- Please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate amendments depending on the stage of production and the notice provided.
- How do I find out what size cake I need?
- Complete the order form with your requirements and we will provide the correct size with a portions guide and cutting guide.
