- How should I transport my cake?
- Place the box on a flat surface — the boot or footwell of your car is preferred. Avoid holding the box on a passenger's lap, as this can damage the cake.

- Keep the cake in its box in a cool, dry place; do not refrigerate. Sponge cakes and cupcakes should be eaten within 48 hours; fruit cakes last up to 10 days.
