- How long will your products stay fresh?
- Donuts are best enjoyed on your selected delivery date. Cookie-based products have a 4-day shelf life, and brownies will stay fresh for up to 7 days.
- What is the cutoff time to get next-day delivery?
- Order by 2pm Monday to Thursday for next-day dispatch via DPD.
- Is there a minimum order value?
- Yes, the minimum order value is £12.00. Free delivery applies to orders over £50; standard delivery is £3.99.
- I've made a mistake on my order — can I change it?
- If your order is due for delivery today or tomorrow, changes cannot be made. For other dates, email [email protected] with your order number and the details of the change needed.
- My order has arrived but something isn't right — what should I do?
